I know they are short on supplies down there, and especially these days when more and more people buy an SUV. Rice used to be boiled in small and lightweight vehicles, and now, after the introduction of 3 liter diesels, the temperature is not reaching the boiling point of water - leading to rather disastrous starvation situations.
